Q. How can I find a specific magazine?
A. There is a search box at the top of each page on our website. You may also find your selection by clicking a category name at your left or by e-mailing us at info@magmaniac.com.
Q. When will I receive my first issue?
A. Your first issue should arrive between 4-10 weeks. These are standard industry wait-times, which are equal to the amount of wait-time you would experience when ordering directly from a magazine publisher. Generally, weekly and bi-weekly magazines begin to arrive faster than monthly and bi-monthly magazines.
Q. Can I renew my current subscription?
A. Yes. Simply choose the “Renew” option from the magazine order page and provide the same shipping name and address which appears on your received magazine labels.
Q. Can I make a gift subscription?
A. Yes. Simply enter the gift-receiver’s name and address as the shipping address on the second step of your checkout.
Q. Do you charge sales taxes?
A. No. We pay all sales taxes for applicable state purchases.
Q. Are there any additional charges?
A. Absolutely not. You pay only the listed sale price. All expenses (including postage, processing, and tax) are included in your order price.
Q. Can I change the delivery address of my magazine?
A. Yes. If you have not begun to receive your subscription, contact us and we will process the change. If you are receiving your subscription, then you can contact the magazine directly by finding their contact information (toll-free number, e-mail address, or address) near the table of contents in the beginning of their magazine.
Q. What if I miss an issue?
A. Please contact us and we will resolve the problem by adding issues to your subscription or by refunding your credit card for the missed issue(s). Usually, you can also contact the magazine directly as well (see above question).
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. Because we pay magazine publishers as we receive orders, we generally cannot provide refunds. However, we reserve the right to refund purchases in extraordinary circumstances.
Q. Do you accept international orders?
A. Unfortunately, no. Since the cost of postage is included in your subscription price, we can only send magazine orders within the United States (including Hawaii, Alaska, and military addresses).
